BY PLACING AN ORDER, MAKING A PURCHASE, OR OTHERWISE USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.

Are located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law

Have provided false or misleading information

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated

Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS OR FAILURES

6.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and order value

ADDITIONAL FEES IMPOSED BY AUTHORITIES ARE CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATION

6.4 Delivery Terms

THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THAT:

Delivery address must be accurate and complete

Someone must be available to receive delivery

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery or pickup

ALL DELIVERY RISKS AND LIABILITIES ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER

6.5 International Shipping

For international orders:

Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees

Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing

Products may be subject to import restrictions

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RISKS ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

7.1 Return Policy

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING STRICT CONDITIONS:

Product must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Return must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery

Customer must obtain prior authorization

Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE with no returns or exchanges:

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

7.3 Return Process

Packaging items securely for return shipment

Proper storage and handling of garments

Damage resulting from improper care or cleaning

Color bleeding, shrinkage, or fabric deterioration from misuse

ALL GARMENT CARE RISKS AND LIABILITIES

8.3 Sizing and Fit

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:

Sizing charts are guides, not guarantees

Fit may vary between styles, fabrics, and body types

SIZING DISSATISFACTION IS NOT GROUNDS FOR RETURN

Professional alterations may be required for optimal fit

ALL SIZING RISKS ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY

9. WHATSAPP BUSINESS SERVICES

9.1 Communication Platform

WhatsApp Business is used for customer consultation and ordering

Communications are recorded for quality and training purposes

CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO COMMUNICATION MONITORING

9.2 Service Limitations

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:

WhatsApp service availability depends on third-party platform

Response times are estimates, not guarantees

Technical issues may affect communication

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR WHATSAPP SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

9.3 Customer Responsibilities

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Proprietary Rights

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Lockers Shop S.A.R.L. or licensed for use.

10.2 Restrictions

CUSTOMER SHALL NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs

Use our trademarks or branding

Reverse engineer or copy product patterns

VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AND DAMAGES

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 Liability Exclusions

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Understanding and accepting all risks associated with online purchases

Verifying product suitability before purchase

Proper use, care, and storage of products

All costs, fees, and charges related to orders

12.2 Indemnification

CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS Lockers Shop S.A.R.L., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Customer's breach of these Terms

Misuse of products or services

Third-party claims related to customer's actions

Violation of laws or regulations

ANY ACT OR OMISSION BY CUSTOMER

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COURTS OF LEBANON. Customer irrevocably submits to Lebanese jurisdiction and waives any objection to venue.

13.3 Limitation Period

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR of the event giving rise to the claim, or such claims shall be permanently barred.

13.4 Legal Fees

THE PREVAILING PARTY IN ANY LEGAL ACTION SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS from the non-prevailing party.

14. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

14.1 Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. CONTINUED USE OF SERVICES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF MODIFIED TERMS.

14.2 Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend services to any customer at any time for any reason without liability.

14.3 Survival

Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

15.1 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

1.1 Limited Return Eligibility

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IN CASES OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND UNDER THE FOLLOWING STRICT CONDITIONS:

Product must be completely unworn, unaltered, untried, and in pristine original condition

ALL original tags, labels, packaging, plastic covers, and hangers must be intact and attached

Return must be initiated within FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS of delivery

Customer must obtain written pre-authorization with photographic evidence

Return shipping costs, insurance, and all associated fees are customer's responsibility

A 25% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL APPROVED RETURNS

Original product photos must be provided as proof of original condition

1.2 FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

The following items are ABSOLUTELY FINAL SALE with NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES:

ALL custom or made-to-order garments

ALL intimate apparel, undergarments, and modest wear with direct skin contact

ALL items tried on or worn (even briefly)

ALL products with any signs of use, wear, alteration, or handling damage

ALL products with removed, damaged, or missing tags/labels

ALL sale, discounted, or promotional items

ALL seasonal collections and limited edition items

ALL items purchased through WhatsApp consultation

ALL hijabs, headscarves, and head coverings

ALL items exposed to perfumes, cosmetics, or body oils

ALL items stored improperly or in non-original packaging

1.3 Strict Return Requirements

FOR ANY RETURN ATTEMPT, CUSTOMER MUST:

Provide original order number and purchase receipt

Submit detailed photographic evidence of claimed defect

Obtain written authorization before returning any item

Use original packaging and include ALL original materials

Ship via tracked, insured courier service at customer's expense

Accept inspection period of 14-21 business days

ACCEPT THAT 90% OF RETURN REQUESTS ARE DENIED

1.4 Return Inspection and Rejection

WE RESERVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS FOR:

Any odor, including perfume, smoke, food, or body scents

Microscopic signs of wear, stretching, or fabric stress

Lint, pet hair, makeup traces, or any foreign substances

Improper folding, hanging, or storage

Photography or trying on under improper lighting

ANY REASON DETERMINED BY OUR QUALITY CONTROL TEAM

1.5 Refund Terms (If Applicable)

IF A RETURN IS APPROVED (RARE OCCURRENCE):

Refund amount excludes ALL shipping charges (original and return)

25% restocking fee is deducted from refund amount

Processing time is 30-45 business days from receipt and approval

Refunds are issued in original payment method only

Slight color variations between batches or from online images

Natural fabric characteristics including texture variations

Button or zipper placement within 1cm of standard position

Loose threads that can be easily trimmed

HANDCRAFTED ITEM VARIATIONS UP TO 5% FROM SPECIFICATIONS

3.2 Manufacturing Defect Definition

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ARE LIMITED TO:

Completely separated seams affecting garment integrity

Missing essential components (buttons, zippers when specified)

Fabric tears or holes present upon delivery

MAJOR STRUCTURAL FAILURES ONLY

4. HYGIENE AND HEALTH POLICY

4.1 Hygiene Requirements

ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF:

They have been in contact with skin, hair, or makeup

They show any signs of bodily fluids or secretions

They have absorbed any personal scents or odors

They have been stored in environments with strong odors

4.2 Health and Safety

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR HEALTH REASONS

Allergic reactions to fabrics are customer's responsibility

Skin sensitivities must be determined before purchase

NO LIABILITY FOR HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES

5. RETURN PROCESSING PROCEDURES

5.1 Authorization Process

BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM:

Provide clear photos of alleged defect

Wait for written authorization (may take 5-7 business days)

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE DISCARDED

5.2 Packaging Requirements

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN:

Original manufacturer packaging

Original plastic bags or protective covers

Original hangers and size stickers

EXACTLY AS RECEIVED

5.3 Shipping Requirements

CUSTOMER MUST:

Use tracked, insured courier service

Declare full value for insurance purposes

Provide tracking information immediately

ASSUME ALL SHIPPING RISKS

6. INSPECTION AND DECISION PROCESS

6.1 Quality Control Inspection

All returned items undergo rigorous 15-point inspection

Items are examined under magnification

Professional odor detection is performed

INSPECTION DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-APPEALABLE

6.2 Rejection Notification

Customer will be notified via email

Items will be returned to customer at customer's expense

No refund or credit will be issued

CUSTOMER PAYS ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

7. EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Customer emergencies or circumstances

Shipping delays affecting event dates

8. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY PURCHASING FROM LOCKERS SHOP, CUSTOMER EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGES:

They have read and understood this extremely strict return policy

They accept all risks associated with online clothing purchases

They understand that most returns will be rejected

They agree that all sales are essentially final

THEY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO DISPUTE RETURN REJECTIONS

9. LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

9.1 Binding Agreement

This return policy constitutes a binding legal agreement enforced under Lebanese law.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding returns shall be resolved exclusively in Lebanese courts, with customer bearing all legal costs.
